My hubby-to-be is 7 years older & trust me he has seen all those cartoons much more than I have. He is still crazy for their animated movies & what not.

Its more of compatibility.

I second that. My hubby to be is 8 years older than me and its great, I get to be a drama queen and stuff and he’ll put up with it cos he;s sweet like that.
And we ALWAYS talk about all the cartoons we watched together as kids, and usually its the same. Its not like he was born in another century with no TVs or computers and they just played with wheels all day.
