i felt the sickest..

since my 10 yr old baby janu was fasting.. and being a more desi kid then an actual desi kid .. he wanted pakoray.. chat.. dahi barey roohafza.. gawdd, so i just made it all … cose he .. was fasting

and then i ate it all cose i was fasting too…

agh after that big gulp of doodh roohafza.. i just fell on the couch .. and never got up until two hours later…

i really want some good strong motivation to stop making this junk and stay normal after iftar..

whatt do i do…

p.s i just hate rooh afza, jamay sheree especially when they are in the milk…YUK
p.s. go with Squash.
p.s. betay ko kahain lasi peyeah…yeh desh ki soghat hai (i also extremely dislike it)

Out of sight, out of mind. Don't make it, don't eat it.

We do once a week all out aftari, otherwise its kajoor and pani. Chat (fruit, cholay or lobya) is nice and healthy as long as you don't put too much salt in it. Sodium ...a no no especially when you are not hydrated.
