Kaleem sounds like you prefer if the lot was just left to die in New Orleans. I have family in Texas who also have gone to the shelters and their account of the situation wasn't a cold and bitter one like yours. An IM from family I recieved 3 hours ago, "People are depressed and just walking around with nothing to do, but most are very appreciative of what has been provided."
