Sure…Afridi got the team spirit going more than any of the recent captains have. His recent mature ODI innings were much better than his usual 21 balls 35 runs… but today he proved that he is still the same old brainless batsman at least. He came in for 80ish for FIVE. Mr. Captain. After the bowlers had done a splendid job the batters were as usual throwing it away. It’s not very shocking to see Pak batting collapse.. but the CAPTAIN is in for 80 for five.. and whats he trying to do? Smack it up in the air and trying to clear the ground… At 80 for five…
Everyone know, Afridi is not test material and no wonder he took early retirement from Test matches. So what he did is all he knows.........................BOOM BOOM :)

Brainless. There is no other explanation.
Brainlessness is what he is known for . But if the team grabs a few victories, i believe he is gonna become a lot more responsible with his batting.
Really disappointed in Afridi's dismissal. He needs to play like he has started to play in LOI recently and lead from the front. He needs to justify his place in test squad as captain and this is not the way! He was a reluctant bowler in this match and he needs to perform with both bat and ball.

This is good for Pak Cricket but I'm sorry it is hilarious. After 3-4 years of retirement he comes back.. is made captain.. and after the very first test announces his retirement again. Probably realized that his attention span is as good as a goldfish and test games are beyond him.

To be honest I don't see any good candidates. Unfortunately they will have to replace one unsuitable test captain with another.

Aashiq.. Afridi being India's biggest enemy.. is surely a joke. How many games has he played against India and how many has he won it by himself for Pak? Not many. You can get highlights together of any Pak batter playing well against India and call him India's biggest enemy. Doesn't make him one.

He is not a test player for sure not his style and to be honest every team shoud have atleast 4-5 specialist test and t20 players including skipper its just asking too much look at that BONA that tiny so called ghar ka lion woe yar 3feet 2inch tall who makes all the world record in India HE dont play t20 ..
