Afridi and Shoaib abusing Pathan during 2nd test

Re: Afridi and Shoaib abusing Pathan during 2nd test

Dhobi bhai lets not turn the world up - side - down, here is a first hand experience of M. Asif ***
"It is nothing big. One does talk to the batsmen to unsettle them and keep them away from settling down. I just told Jayawardene show me some of your shots. While Dilshan used some offensive language with me and I had to reply back," Asif said.***

Re: Afridi and Shoaib abusing Pathan during 2nd test

Taking into consideration that we all have already read the responses in this entire thread starting from the very beginning, it is far from taking the world by the globe into your bare hands and turning it upside-down. There is absolutely no tangible proof and no concrete evidence and indication in the above quoted text that Asif replied back in a hostile and unsympathetic manner and placed Jayawardene's family on the line, in front of him, in the center of his eyes, and as his main center of attention. All there is to comprehend in this short paragraph is simply the notion that Asif told Jayawardene to show him some of his shots (whether that was made in a disdain style or rather an establishment of the code of respect between the two gentleman, we will never know in our lifetimes) in reply to the latter who had used foul language in the first place. It does not state that Asif, in turn of Jayawardene's retorted testimonial, threw a pound of stone back at the Sri Lanka skipper for the use of such narration.

I have read the replies in this thread over many times, and have pondered over many questions that seemed to burn a hole in my mind. They all have been asked, pointed out, directed towards, and aimed at a very simple rationale. An account of explanation and justification that presently seems to be lost in the galaxy, a reasonable judgment that screams to bring out the best of moral and ethical behavior from within the confines of a man, and a sense of doubt that clouds over my brain with literally infinite queries that seems to have possibly no way of attracting an answer. They all seem to be different, yet each and every mechanical answer that is generated seems farther and farther from the truth.

May I ask you for the source of the above quoted text?

yes this is our beloved “THE NEWS” around 6:30pm CST there is always a new edition “Todays Newspaper” and I do like to read what is going on in :jhanda: and ofcourse the sports section and it is very credible  and Dhobi bhai you focused on the part of Jaywerdena and not Dilshan and to whom Asif replied in kind words which I highlighted for that purpose.

if you want I can copy and paste the whole article but I know you do read “THE NEWS” and “DAWN” newspaper. should I
