@CM - Indian said they ‘have the capability to undertake such (OBL) surgical strikes’. That is a statement of capability - I am sure everyone in India and elsewhere know this is one of those “i am big too” statements that politicians and generals make for local consumption.

The statements after the Mumbai attack were genuine. It was quite clear Pakistan was involved and I don’t know why you think there was anything wrong with India’s statement then?

You should read the full statement. Yes they have the capability and will do so if necessary. Anyway it goes to prove my point. Intent for hostile military action. Thanks for agreeing with me.
