What continuous fighting? Pakistanis are fighting amongst themselves on different reasons i.e active baloch insurgency, karachi ethnic fighting, TTP, Panchayat cases in punjab, shia vs sunni. TTP has the same ideology as Al-Qaeda and they are in revenge mode.

and yet, 3 million Afghan refugees feel more comfortable in Pakistan.
