jokes apart, honestly, if his mom has been SO stubborn about this and even called up your dad. I dont think she would forgive you later. She might accept you grudgingly but she has all the potential to make your life hell later !
and that's when your bf could go totally against too. love dies then when there are too many family issues ! sad but it is true
