^^ Were they acquired during marraige? If yes then no and if no then still no. :) If she does not work and her debts were acquired prior to marraige then you might still have to pay them. If she does work then you most likely will not. How do I know this? My colleague had to pay some of her student loans.

I say never marry if you worry about your lousy money and specially if you resort to such words as b---- for women. You have no respect for a female than definitely you dont deserve one. Stay single and die rich!!:D wow that will be so sweet na.

Jivan bhar ka saath yunhee to nahin kehtay When you are partners, you share everything. It is law that husband and wife share each other’s burden, loans, bills, etc. What if the spouse dies, do u know one is suppose to pay his/her debts under the law. Not fair, I know but you have to.
