Pakistan isn’t the only place in the world you can go for a break.
I’m sorry you have to deal with such crap; but from what I know about you, you’re so creative and innovative I’m sure you’ll come up with an incredible solution.
I say go for the catering; locally and privately until you know if you like it and until you learn the ropes. Chances are that you may not like it at all and hence you’ve saved yourself a small fortune on certifications and all that jazz.
And remember don’t be afraid to fail. I know in my case a million times I dont try new things because I’m afraid I’ll fail and have to hear all the comments from the peanut gallery. But so what - so long as my intentions were good atleast I was brave enough to try.
