Cooking for guests and cooking for business are two different things. If you like cooking and you want that as a career don’t be discouraged if the money aspects is not that high. Most people who do things that they love to do - don’t worry about the amount of pay check.
Why don’t you start small. Cater an event. Think and plan and print our menus. Get you name out there. You’ll know whether you like doing this for life or not. If so, proceed with schooling.
