if its your own restaurant, you probably can save a lot of time and effort by just hiring a qualified and experienced chef and seeing how he runs operations for 6 months. fire his competent behind after that and you can take over.

but as TLK says, what is your career plan? what is the end goal to all the time and effort you and those that rely on you give up on in pursuing an education? don’t you want to have a plan to succeed?

One of the plans is to open up my own cookery school or even run workshops.
