Okay here is a story that happened with me not too long ago. I wanted to book a flight back to Pakistan and was talking to a couple of travel agents. One was the extra cordial one. Ofcourse he knew it was a flight back to pakistan and he started talking in Urdu..which I didnt have a problem speaking with him. The next couple of times He tried talking to me in Punjabi (as he knew I wanted a flight to Lahore). I completely ignored time and again and instead of Urdu syrted with the formal English again. The thing with travel agents is that they call a lot and email.I was looking for flights in the immediate week or so.Anyway one time I got an early morning call like 6am on my cell, so I called back.Weird was the fact it was his wife who picked up the phone and I told her I had recieved a call.
mein peshawar ka ticket lay raha tha aur mujh say bhi travel agent nay yahi bola tha " khoyee toh tum akeli pekhawaaar kaisaay jayee gi" i think he adjusts his approach by the person.
PS: travel agent ka naam TLK toh naheen tha?
