Hi everyone. I am a British born guy in mid twenties thinking about getting married. I want to marry a traditional Pakistani girl who will take the role of a housewife while at the same time protecting my assets as I made a fortune a few years ago and continue to make today. I want to marry somebody in a way so that there is no chance of her being able to steal half of my wealth should things go sour.
Even if I marry in Pakistan and bring her over, our marriage would fall under UK laws which favour the woman in all circumstances. Even pre-nups fall apart so that’s not something I want to consider. The only way I see guaranteed protection for myself is having an Islamic marriage without registering it in the UK. Here lies the problem because I want to marry somebody from Pakistan. And in order to bring her over I require a spousal visa which requires me to get married officially. Are there any other ways to bring a person over into the UK? Or are there any other ways I have guaranteed asset protection and marry at the same time? Many thanks.
I dont understand why do they have this law in the UK. Anyhow how about you marry someone from a well off family, a girl who will be so rich herself that she wont be after your money, and probably someone from a well known, shareef family, the kind of families where divorce is a taboo?
^They (rightly imo) do it to protect girls from being taken advantage of.. Most of the larger mosques nowadays have the requirement of a civil/legal marriage alongside the nikkah for the same reason..
Girls from wealthier families are usually (tho not always) more educated.. Girls from such families in the West are often lucky enough to be able to divorce if needed without such a high level of stigma.. They usually won't be naive or desperate enough to sign away their independence or financial security and be looked upon with suspicion etc from the very start..
Being too possessive about your money can create problems
Typically girls from pakistan marry guys from abroad because of residency, job or money and maybe distant relative
Paperwork isn't the issue but your expectations , what if thinks do go sour what will you do to her? Are you just employing her till things are going well?

If things go bad we part ways without any affect on my finances. You know it's only the western countries with the rise of feminism that have these laws where a woman can steal half (and often more) the wealth. Middle Eastern laws which are in line with proper Islamic laws do not do this.

I didn’t edit anything. You’re a liar as well as a bitter woman. You’re the type of woman that I and other men want to avoid at all costs. May Allah keep women like you out of my life.
I think in UK they have a common law kind of thing where if you have been living together for a certain number of years ( like an Islamic nikah) may make you entitled to certain things . Someone called @badabing from UK was mentioning it.
Have faith in your wife bro. Although some are materialistic, not everyone from Pakistan is after money. Treat her with the utmost respect you can and love her with all your heart . May GOD Almighty bless you with a loving and caring wife who will be loyal to you throughout your lives, Ameen.
