I dont know people with babies in my circle except just one family.. they have a 3 year old and a 2 year old in the house and never and ever I have smelled a diaper there.. I have lievd there, I have gone from outside, I visit them regularly but I have never come across a stinky house!!!

She has a diaper genie that she hardly ever uses so plans to give it to me.. I have changed the diapers for 3 year old sometimes for #1 and just put it in the bathroom trash can but never smelled poppy diapers there.. I need to ask her what does she do!! I never thought it was such a big deal until now!

that is another thing, diaper genie is waste of money cause after your baby grows from infant to toddler, you would not need it and then you would like to give it away to someone ..

well in your case, cause its coming fro free, I say go for it.
