u dont need 4 witnesses who have actually seen u performing the act....
its obvious even to a child that no one wud come and do such a thing in front of a crowd....
he/she will make sure they r well hidden from the eyes of the world as they carry on with their adventure....
an dif the 4 witnesses (as u say) were really good ppl they wud have stopped them there and then and not enjoyed the free show and then sounded the alarm....

If people are cheating within a relationship, then obviously it aint a relationship to begin with.
They are too lazy to admit the faults in their relationship
IMO its more of a crime to rot in a relationship thats not working then adultery.

Lussi:thats an excellent point cause one doesnt get stoned or lashed while playing doctor doctor when growing up. So why a crime now in adulthood?
BTW I still have a tough time understanding why an action of two consenting adults will be a crime.
