I think the pic in the link is still not brand new. The new Adnan Sami we will see will be much much skinnier, like he was earlier in his career. Indeed its a great step...and its good to see him back in shape. He was way way to over weight and its good he realized it. Better late than never.
His new album has been ready for a while but I think the delay is because of the fact he wants to lose another 40 kg'd or so, because his album was due in January. Can't wait!

if he wants to be some sort of role model as he talks about his weight loss, he needs to comr clean, there have been rumpurs that he actually had stomach stapling or whtever. if that os the case he needs to be open about it, if that is not the case then so be it.

When you are 600 pounds and lose 200 pounds, that’s not a good job. That’s called “saving your freakin’ life”. The good job starts now, which I’m sure he won’t be able to complete considering all the food he gets in India. Poori India ka khaana khatam kardega soon enough I’m sure :o .

I think he was cute when he was overweight but the extra weight was very unhealthy, I agree, and thank god he lost so much. He was always very handsome to me and with that voice of his:lajawab:, it enhanced his attractiveness even more :).

he was here once and this fan had the guts to ask him backstage why hes so fat, but he took it rather nicely and goes 'mey paani bhi peeta hoon tu ghee ban jaata hai'... However, I believe if youre a celeb, you should make the extra effort to keep yourself in shape and look good, that adds to your commitment and passion to your art.
Btw, adnan's first album, raag time time was a masterpiece! I hope he releases a digitally remastered version of it.
