Both have brought successes to Pakistan. Both have generated a lot of criticism for their extreme approaches towards the game. But one thing is for sure, Pakistan cricket will miss them in ODIs. Sad ending to their careers.

No they are not legends IMO
Misbah a very good Test Captain .... Afridi at times a useful slogger and an good ODI bowler
Majid Khan, Zaheer Abbas, Imran Khan, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Inzimam ..... these guys are legends for Pakistan

No, Misbah is not a legend. Dhoni is.....
Pakistan has ALWAYS been in the semi or final, however, PCB selected players that were not up to the mark for international level. Misbah sits quiet and didn't make aggressive decisions. It is such a disappointment.
Lala even didn't do well in this WC. Players should be selected based on their performance.

Afridi is the most over rated cricketer ever. I lost interest in cricket after 96 QF defeat and regained love for it after 2003 WC debacle. Thank God, I missed Afridis early days and never became its fan. He never impressed me except for his come back in mid-2000s where he did some classic bowling in ODI and T20 with his quick leg spinners.
Afridi took more selfies than he scored runs.not sure if that is considered legendary.

Afridi is mediocre. He hogged all-rounder position in the team.
Abdul Razzaq with much better bowling and batting performances didn't even get 10% of limelight that Afridi gets.

Exactly. Because of Afridi, we didn't give A.Razzaq more chances or develop Yasir Arafat or Fawwad Alam as good Int'l ODI allrounders.

Afridi is known for groupings within the team. Even yesterday there was a program/talk-show on Pakistani channel in which someone said this, and sohaib's refusal to Misbah in the field was part of that....
Good riddance to this overrated loser of a player, who makes groupings and went against the captain's(Misbahs) orders.
Misbah is a gentleman for not saying anything out in the open. This Afridi needs to be punished severely for playing with the team and making groupings, just like that stupid Hafeez. These 2 losers have no performance, all they do is form groups within the team and as a result the team ends up losing. And its very obvious.
Good riddance to the stupid pathan, what a disgrace to Pakistan. Go do your commercials, that's all you can perform in.

I didn't watch Pakistani bowling part, but from what I read online Sohaib told Misbah that the helmet size is small, so for that over Misbah took the field and later on Sohaib got his own helmet and stood close by... anyone who watched Pakistani fielding can verify??
