Additions to the Tea ...

I like adding taste to my cuppa … and amongst all the possible ingredients , I love saunf the most … I just pop half a tsp of saunf in my cup along with the sugar and teabag and pour boiling water on top … that sort of softens the seeds and leaves a nice aromatic taste to the tea :@:

How about you guys ??? do you like being creative in your daily cuppa?

i add illichi sometimes, specially at night if i am in the mood of relaxing and enjoying a hot cup of tea :D

may be once a week, i take 'lauga ilaichi adrak' waali chai. i'm good at it so i usually make it for my bro, bhabhi and their kids :) i love this kinda tea :)

sometimes instead of sugar, i dip my pinky in it and give a quick swirl. or use honey. same deal really.. mmm..

We usually have the separate tea at home.But sometimes,especially in winters,I make it by adding equal parts of water and milk to a sauce pan with 2 teabags and 4 green cardamoms and let it simmer for a while.It gives it such a nice aroma and taste.

I dont drink chai though...
