Well the question is very valid. And there two probable answers:
- Muslim world only starts worrying about those who become a close threat to their monarchic rule, dictatorship or wutever. IS is definitely a threat to entire humanity but its not happening tomorrow.
- They know houthies are very poor and resistance is almost nothing. Easy to bully and crush them.
Overall rules of this so-called muslim world are so lame that they cannot make bold decisions on their own.
