we have ‘governors’ on leased/rental vehicles and majority of ‘north-american’ versions .. they are electronic circuits, attached within the car’s electronic system .. and their threshold is like 170, 180…
[added] and lanati thing is dangerous, because if u’re speeding upto that threshold point, and u dont know the level governor is gonna kick into, the rpm drops to lowest-possible level… (as if u’re parked/neutral gear)
if the car is purchased/financed from the start, then chances are there won’t be a governor in it..
