I have heard that getting chocolate syrup licked off your abs in a tub of warm water is the best exercise.

I've got a samba glider, a simple one which is helpful when I use it daily.
You just sit on it and instead of your upper body part going up and down, it's your legs. You can watch tv while using it. YOu have to excersize on it for at least 5 minutes a day.
It's very helpfull. When I used it daily, after some months my tummy was flat and I started to fit back in my old clothes. Then I stopped using it regularly and it all came back. So that means, don't stop your excersizes, not even after loosing the fat at the places you wanted. You have to be consistent with your excersizes.

u have access to a gym? use that machine with the weights for crunches…sorry i dunno the name. but u basically sit on it. place chest against pad, hold a handlebar and lift weights thru stomach muscles. NOTHING works better than that…oh and running.
sitting at home crunches. place feet under a support like a bed or something. and crunch away wiuth hands supporting neck muscles or crossed in front of you. go one third of the way really slow so u can feel muscles contract. when u are in rest position inhale and when u contract, exhale.

I used to be on my college gymnastics team and also did some bodybuilding (WAAAY back when lol!) and the very best exercise is very simple:
lay FLAT on your back on the floor. Raise your legs to a 90 degree angle, straight up. Slowly, slowly, lower them to the floor, to the point that you can no longer keep your back perfectly flat on the floor. NEVER let your back arch. Then slowly raise them back up. Do this 10 times, rest and then another 10. As you get more used to doing this, you should be able to get your legs lower and do more "sets" of 10.

I bought it from Neckermann, a Dutch company where you can order stuff by mail and you can pay it off little by little every month. I’ll see if I can find a picture on a website. I’m sure you must have seen that model, it’s a bit old now.
