sara-have a LITTLE bit of aftari, excluding the greasy stuff and it should be no problem doing some cardio after that. and after the workout you can have dinner....

Mmm u kno i thot of that… we get 11 months to diet and exercise, we shud giv ourselves a lil break durin ramadan..

but then again i can’t really afford to giv myself a break :bummer:

dude start off with side crunches and cross toes n if possible get u like a 2 meter rod or something solid and slide it between ur arms and support it with ur neck like ur on CROSS and try to rotate ur upper body clock wise and anty-clockwise without leting ur lower body move.

Weighted crucnhes is perhaps the only exercise which cause burn when I perform them. I usually do them with 10lb plates. Weighted leg raise with a dumbell between a feet is also a great exercise. I think abs require prolonged consistent stimulation - atleast my experience tells me that.

To add - I have used many many machines out there for abs - not one came close to replicating the same burn as the two exercises I just mentioned. Ofcourse you might feel different.

Diet is the key for abs - people often neglect this unfortunately. Even half a cracker will make a difference - losing fat from lower abs was proabably the hardest exercise challenge I had to face. Good luck to all ab lovers.

just begin today...stop being lazy...to get started is the hardest part...first few days will require tremendous effort after that..ur body will get used to it..

Uhm coz i just dont wanna put on more weight! i need the extra pounds like like like i dunno i cant think of a good analogy :(

sara honey ...oh dont worry abt it ...is looking thin that important to you ? trust me it isnt . you know it shouldnt take control over your life . Im not saying excercise isnt good for you. but oh so what if you put on a little weight. your bound to its ramadan .Enjoy. the only reason is say is cos I have seen how paranoid and obsessed a person can become and thats not healthy in itself. ( dont mind i am just assuming so correct me if im totally wrong :)
