Wow…all looks so great…must be :yummy:

Though I would have preferred Bhoosi tukray over shahi tukray…

Wow…good one…especially your fried onions… :yummy:

THANKS…

plusha please ans me ASAP.. i m gonna try the chicken salan today... can i brown the onions and put this with BOTH dahi and tomatoes in the blender? I kinda like them both. and how much water shud i put in it for salan? i will b makin for 2 person only (me and hubs) so please tell me how much ingredients shud i use - the quantity? i will b using boneless chicken.. maybe 8-10 pcs of chicken cubes. thanks in advance.. ure a gem! :)

oh yes u can add in both dahi n tomatoes its up to u....for 8-10 pieces of chiken u can add 1 medium sized tomato and half a cup dahi n 1 medium onion or 2 small ones....fry the onions till light brown otherwise ur salan will turn dark...n then blend it....fry the chiken pieces with ginger garlik paste n den add in this blended mixture to the chkn...then add masalas watever u prefer...add lil water cover n let it get soft n then bhoonify it very nicely...for the consitency u can alwayz add in lil water n chek the consitency but add water only after bhooning...n add sufficient amount of oil cuz wen it cums to the surface it gives u a very pleasent luk...i guess oil iz the main thing which enhances the luk...newayz hope it turns out gud...do upload a pik of it!

hehe thnx nahi nahi trolly main to sirf pik li hai…style u kno hehe…thnx btw

thanks sweetheart ill try it out today. cant say for the pic though, i am damn lazy :D

chinese drumsticks
marinate drum sticks with lots of crushed garlik +salt+blak pepper+ soy sauce+ vinegar +red chilli flakes
now wen frying roll it in plain flour den beaten egg den in bread crumbs ...again in egg...lastly in crushed corn flakes...this will form a crispy layer on the drum stick...deep fry it!

oh yes u r...i hardly remmber any piks from u n m sure u cook reli nice...

I made Shami Kabab's yesterday and they were delicious! I just wished I had taken some pics :( (I didn't take picture because I thought it might not be as good - but to my surprise it was "family approved"!)
