Its definately better fresh, but I have no one to come with me. Next time your in London, we shall go get ourselves all sushi'd up!
i lub sushi but i've only ever had the pre-packaged ones that i get from college cafeteria, the "fresh" ones from restaurants are way too expensive.

Mano this is the recipe i used for the chicken sandwich. I made a few changes though. Instead of franks hot sauce, i used Lousiana brand and also didnt add any water to it. I just dipped the chix straight in the sauce. I also coated the chicken in a beaten egg, flour, egg and then flour again.
plusha that looks yum! i have one major prb.. i dunno how to make chicken salan!!! ive tried so many times but i think i m doin somethin v v w rong cus is turns up like a bhuna wa salan and its not like watery like urs :( heres what i do... i cut 2-3 medium size onion and brown them, then add chicken, and all spices then tomatoes.. it is like a gravy not salan... what am i doin wrong yar. its been 3 yrs since i m married n i m just embarassed at myself for being unable to do it.. thankfully i cook other stuff better like rice and meat... i can make gosht ka salan (with potatoes, palak, bhindi) EASILY but not with chicken... shud i use same method which i use for meat? which is put onions and meat together in cooker or make a paste of onions in blender and put this with meat in cooker??? i m confused.. PLS HELP!!
thnx mall...dekho wenever u make salan with meat tomatoes n onions get enuff tym to get dissolve but in chiken thts not da case...so i alwayz fry onion n blend it with tomatoes/dahi n add in the salan...but if u dun wanna do it...bhoonify the masala properly n den add fried pieces of chcken in it...never put chiken in the cooker it will get soft in no tym...i guess ive solved ur prob...do ask me if ur still not clear! :)

well kunna iz similar to nihari...cuz u add dissolved atta to the salan to make it thick n then it tastes lyk nihari...i guess its a balochi dish....n tastess yummmy!!!

ok i got it... so do u brown the onions and then blend them with dahi and tomatoes? or kacchi piyaz?
