Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

i lub sushi but i've only ever had the pre-packaged ones that i get from college cafeteria, the "fresh" ones from restaurants are way too expensive.
I vant sushi now =(

Yes Lusi i made the lava cake myself. But by the time i got around to taking them out of the pans, the lava wasnt that liquidy anymore.

I love that brand of achar too, i think its the best so far. To anyone else who wants to know, its the Khazana brand by Sanjeev Kapoor.

I dipped the chicken breast in egg and then flour adn then repeated. I think that gives a crunchier coating.

Mano this is the recipe i used for the chicken sandwich. I made a few changes though. Instead of franks hot sauce, i used Lousiana brand and also didnt add any water to it. I just dipped the chix straight in the sauce. I also coated the chicken in a beaten egg, flour, egg and then flour again.
