Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Shinoo, can we please have the recipe for your tikkiyan? They look amazing!

Everything looks delish! plz share recipe for grilled sandwich, dinner roll. Also did you make the green chilli niggets at home? if so, plz share recipe :=)

Plz post the recipe for Malai boti, looks delicious :=)

Your cell phone pix’quality is not that bad at all…

This is the mubarak month and chance to make nice dishes and posting them… :k:

Thanks. It’s really easy.

Just boil and mash around a kg of potatoes. Add to it half a cup of shredded boiled chicken, half a cup of ‘smashed’ sweetcorn and half a cup of grated cheese. Add sookha masala; I use chaat masala, salt, zeera powder and red chilli powder. Keep tasting it till u get it right.

Now make small tikkiyaan, cover it with whisked egg and then quickly ‘roll’ them in breadrumbs and shallow fry them.

I always thought I had invented these tikkiyaan as I had never seen anyone make them before and then I found the same recipe in Daagh’s foodblog (A.R.A.D) :cb:
