Sheal and Married Ny, everything looks delish!

Hey girls .. You are all very talented MA :) .. I was hoping you could help me out a bit.

Everytime I make Chaat, after a while the yoghurt is getting all watery.. does anyone else experienced this as well? how to avoid?

I dont use anything extra ordinary for the Chaat .. just normal neutral yoghurt..

hey sweetmoi i guess ur talking about dahi baray...yeah sumtymz dahi gets to watery cuz wen u soak pakoras in water before adding it to the dahi they release thier water after sumtym so i think u shud squeeze of the water properly from the pakoras to remove excess water

Mushroom and chickpeas pasta…

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

^^ That looks delish. Not many people add chickpeas to pasta like this. I guess I will try one day.

I made string beans in peanut butter sauce.

Thanx. Phaliyan is chinese string beans. You can find them at the desi grocery store.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Hmm strange. Does it taste like the regular pheeliyoon ka salan coz it looks the same.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

^^ No it doesn't taste like regular phaliyan, they are little bit different but not too much different. It has its own taste. And I boiled the string beans before adding them to the sauce. I boiled them in very little water and used the same water in the sauce as required.

Lolz.. FF... I just add peanut butter in whatever sauce I feel like...lolz... oh and I use chunky peanut butter.

Ok for the aove sauce:

Take a pot, add 1 tbsp oil, add fried onions, garlic powder, chicken cube, tomato puree, some fruit seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and little water to make the sauce of medium consistancy. After few mins add honey and peanut butter. simmer couple more mins and your sauce it ready. Oh and I mostly add the veges or whatever after adding the tomato puree and little water so the veges start absorbing the flavors.

I hope my directions make sense...lol

sure marwa..its really very easy..just make seekhkabab fry them(shallow)
