Really easy stuff...
Canned tuna
Chopped cilantro, green chilies, onion and green onions.
Chili powder
Cumin powder
Light salt
Tandoori masala powder
Panko bread crumbs
Egg
Mix it all together...fry it up in a small amount of oil...the light texture is achieved with only a little bit of oil. Or I use non-stick spray.

Wash and clean chicken wings, marinate them over night in lemon , salt, spices, tandori masala. Next day, leave it in the grill until they are cooked.

I decorated Eid table this time,usually mom does.
Made chocolate cupcakes w/dark chocolate frosting last night 
And yes - those are my greedy toddlers grubby hands in the back lol
