How did you season the chicken? Can I have the recipe for the halal cart style chicken? It looks like something that i can convert to low fat and healthy.
Reha and Tahurra, these look mouth wateringly delicious, they can be healthy too so can you give me the recipes please?

The salmon is literally slathered in Frontera's Chipotle Honey marinade for about 30 minutes and then baked until done at 350...oh and topped with thyme!

Actually… it was quite healthy as is. I marinated chicken thighs in 1/4 cup of light olive oil, salt, loads of black pepper, fresh oregano, and lemon juice. I posted a link somewhere in the thread. I discarded the marinade and grilled the chicken thighs after abt an hour. U could make it healthier by using chicken breast.

yum did it taste as good as it looks? I'm wondering how many calories it would have since the salmon by itself has oils in it so no additional oil should be added.....quite healthy! Thanks sweet Reha :)

It was perfect! Came out juicy and seasoned just enough! I wasn't worried about the calories for this because we had it with roasted brussel sprouts on the side. No bread and no oil used to cook anything. So it was literally a protein packed dinner.

Looks yum! A recipe would be really nice.

Veggie Quesadillas!
how many calories does this one have? Does the recipe have cheese in it…?

Its suuuuuper easy: For 2 people I used about 6oz of kale, 6 eggs and 1/2 cup feta.
Cook your kale in some olive oil only until its slightly soft and then lay it out evenly in an oven baking dish. I used a square one. Top it with your feta. In a separate bowl, beat your eggs with salt, black pepper and any other seasoning you like. I also added some milk to the eggs to make them fluffy. Now add your egg mixture to the kale...make sure its evenly coating the kale and bake at 375 for about 40 minutes.
You can add different veggies, make it spicier with green chilies and just use your imagination! Its delicious!
