I made this a few days ago.. but anyway… Italian style stuffed peppers. I also made potato gratin with it but didn’t have nice pics lol

I followed the recipe for the chicken as written. Some adjustments that i made, that i think made it yummier: I sauteed one chopped onion and 2 cloves of crushed garlic along sith the rest of the stuff for the rice…and the rest i kept the same. And for the white sauce i did not use that much sugar, added a clove of crushed garlic.. salt/bp and olive oil. Oh and a bit of tahini. The white sauce turned out to be amazing.

Made biryani today from Shan packet -- turned out pretty good but stank up the whole house. I forgot to close the door of my room and it went into my clothes

My version of gulpea…I tweaked it a bit and will probably do so even more in the future. Next time I’ll add peas or potatoes…think it’d be even better. This was delicious!
