does anyone know for how many days I can keep haleem in fridge instead of freezer and it won’t go bad? It has been 2 days already and I don’t want to keep it in freezer because it freezes and it takes couple of hours to melt before I could eat which pisses me off

You have to freeze it asap, it goes bad very quick. Whenever u want to eat microwave it until soften finally warm it on the flame and eat it. I did this every time when I made haleem.

I shredded it a food processor, and then stir fried it/bhooned it with various spices and stuff.
Spaghetti squash-slice in half, boiled it and when cooled down, cut the “strings” out with a fork
None of this will ever replace the taste of real pasta and rice but it’s a good substitue for every day I think

soy sauce …actually its a bit bhoonified in chicken curry(desi style)
