Has the aalu qeemah begun to talk yet? If there’s any salan that could talk or possibly crawl…it would be the mushy saag. I no like saag. :frowning:

But PF, if you still have left over aalu qeemah…then switch it up so you don’t get tired of it. Use it as a sandwich or naan/paratha filling…or a pizza topping. Add some boiled potatoes the qeemah and mold it into a shaami kabab. Add it in pasta with some sauce. Get yourself a pack of frozen Pepperidge Farm puff pastry and use left over meat as fillings…and bake.

Meh…I knows you’ll do none of the above. So just eat the aalu qeema. :hinna:

Used cauliflower to make “rice”

chicken and veggies w quinoa

glazed sesame salmon

ground chicken w steamed veggies (sweet potato broccoli green beans) w a berry smoothie

summer salad (i know,…posting a little late)

a picstitch of some of hte above and others:
one is a sesame chicken and broccoli w noodles, and watermelon lemonade
the other one is two fish fillets + quinoa cooked w tart cherries almonds and sweet potatoes

bought a spaghetti squash and this pack of tomatoes and ate em for a week :sid:





salmon w quinoa roasted cauliflower and green beans

Sara, how do you make your caulk rice and spaghetti squash? My cauli rice never looks so nice.
