Where did you buy it from? I am in the US and checked at various stores but couldnt find it :(

The whole foods guy sold me "dover sole" implying it didnt have the muddy taste or anything to it and I tried your recipe but my fillets fell apart :(

Is there any other fish I can try for this recipe? something that doesnt have an earthy/muddy taste to it?

^^^I have tried cod with a somewhat similar desi masala and besan as coating.It tasted fine and didnt break.

Always fresh..!!
I sometimes buy it at Stop n shop and sometimes at a local neighborhood fish market.

oh ...im from pakistan and the fish was a gft from a neighbour family here in lahore,but it can be purchased on order from whole sale supplier in pakistan...n sorry i hvnt much knowledge abt fish kinds.

Masala French Fries Recipe

      1tbsp Maida

2 tbsp gramflour(Besan)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 tbsp crushed whole coriander
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp carom seeds(Ajwain)
salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients n sprinkle on the fries,n deep fry after 5 minuts.
