It's just steak w/peppercorn cream sauce. You make a steak and then remove it from the pan. For the sauce: Deglaze the pan w/some water, soy sauce, & worcestershire sauce. Then add some steak sauce & a pinch of sugar. Add lots of black pepper, coarsely ground. Then add some heavy cream & taste & adjust seasoning. Then finish it off by throwing in 1 TBS cold butter.

I guess you can just leave it out. Just check the seasoning of the sauce & adjust for salt, etc. Also, instead of water, use beef stock if you have it.

I made pita bread ki chaat two days back/ sharing the recipe :
Cut pita bread with scissors in strips an inch wide and 2-3" long and deep fry for half a minute until light gold and crisp.
Fry small cubes of potatoes and baingan,sprinkle some salt and toss them with pita bread in a dish, sprinkle chaat masala and some lime juice on it
chop an onion and a tomato and throw over the above,cover the dish and keep aside.
Whisk** yogurt** with chat masala,zeera powder,a tsp of powdered sugar,a tbsp of cream,a tbsp of mayo and salt,pepper and refrigerate
Pour yogurt on the pita/potatoes dish just 10-15 minutes before serving or pita bread will become soggy if left for longer
And then drizzle mint chutney and** imli chutney*+chopped **dhaniya* on top and enjoy :)

And this was the Desserts Table. I concentrated on the sweet stuff. We served Chili con Carne with all the trimmings to the adults and a mixture of things for the kids.
The dessert tables concluded of: Mickey Mouse Brownie Cupcakes, red velvet mini cupcakes, pink ombre push up cake pops, macaroons, carrot cake whoopie pies and minnie mouse cake pops. Yummo!
