make dough a little more moist and frequently apply water on your palm while flattening the dough ball into bread. that will help, iA...

the aata should be ground very well n of good quality ,after making dough put it into the refrigrator for sm time these are the only tips according to my mother : )

Dinner:

Kofta curry simmering away; I haven’t cooked in a long while it actually turned out very well (taste wise) :stuck_out_tongue:
