Can someone plzzz give me the recipe for naan? I followed Shino's recipe, but they turned out hard..
I dont have a pizza stone thing for the oven..

Shino if ur reading this can u plz give me the exact products that u used..? i live in the netherlands as wel:0)

^ you don’t need pizza stone, just make sure to preheat your oven and keep it very hot.
I preheat my oven for 30 mins on 525F and naan takes 5 to 8 minutes to be perfectly cooked.
Also don’t work the dough too much and try not to use much dry flour when shaping the naan.

^I agree you don’t need a stone. I can’t remember for the life of me if the oven is put on bake or broil, but the bottom of the naan is always heated on the a tavva first then popped it in the oven.
