Today i made chana salan, palak gosht and kheer.

Day before yest was chicken and shimla mirch and mixed veggie (potatoes, cauliflower and carrots). I cook two things in one day so i can chill the next day.

i’m addicted to Fauzia’s page too.. made 2 dishes of hers today. Don’t have a pic of the chicken steaks..all gone!

That looks great!

i made choori today - those of you who dont know what that is its
roti mixed with butter and sugar and made into balls (one of my fav childhood things)

I've REALLY been missing my ammi lately..can't see/talk to her anymore so today I did the next best thing..got in the kitchen and made biryani & bhagaray baingan, the hallmark of any hyderabadi mom's kitchen repeteroire...lol! will post pics as soon as it's done....

I usually don’t cook, my Ammijee do; but these days she is in Pakistan so no one to do it for us :(. I miss her :(…

I have just realised that cooking is not as bad as I thought it would be, it’s fun :smiley:
