Noodles:
1 packet egg noodles
2 chicken breasts
1 green capsicum finely sliced
1 red pepper finely sliced
12 mushrooms sliced
green onions
2 carrots grated
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
2 tblsps soya sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 egg beaten with salt & pepper.
Method:
Prepare your egg noodle as per instructions. Heat a pan and add oil.. fry the chicken (finely sliced) with the soya sauce and vineger. Add all of your veggies and cook untill the chicken is fully cooked. In a seperate pan make a thin omelette and cut-it up into small pieces. Combine into the chicken and vegetable mixture along with the cooked noodles. Garnish with spring onions!

Fried Fish with thai chilli sauce:
Fish batter:
1 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paparika
1/2 tsp salt
1 can club soda
1/2 tsp black pepper
^ Whish together till you have a nice pancake-like batter. Mix-in the club soda right before you want to fry. Dip the fish and fry (I used cream dory). Drain well.
Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli's
1 teaspoon oil
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 bunch green corriander
4 green chillies (finely chopped)
Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic and then the ketchup, soya sauce and the rest of the ingredients.

It's 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, juice of 2 lemons and 250ml's of 7-up or sprite!

^That is yummy! I think I've tried the same mix.....but it had chunks of multicolored sherbert in the mix as well. It makes a refreshing and fun punch.
