1 cup sugar
3 eggs
about 2 cups flour
2tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp vanilla
a little more than half cup milk or cream, choose what you like

*beat the butter and the sugar until fluffy.
*add the eggs one by one while mixing.
*mix the dry ingred. in a seperate bowl and blend them into the butter, egg, sugar mixture and add the milk/cream. Blend it until it becomes smooth.

fill the cupcake liners to 3/4 and put into oven , at the middle section, 200 degrees Celsius.

Chocolate fudge frosting:

120g dark chocolate
150g soft butter
160g icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla

*melt the chocolate and let it cool.

*whisk the butter fluffy ana add the sugar and the vanilla little by little while whisking.

*add the melted chocolate and blend until it looks like a smooth cream.

**if you find it too dry to work with add some cream to it. or if you find it too liquidy add more icing sugar.

*let the frosting set in the fridge for a while before using it.
