I made chicken tikka masala....from an online recipe.....added some wildflower honey to give it a slight tang sweetness that the recipe did not call for....and it turned out YUM....MA.

Made vegetable + egg fried rice with chicken Manchurian and chicken sweet & sour.

I love this thread because it has pictures of food lol! Here are a few things I’ve made in the last few days.

Made cinnamon rolls today (they were good, i must admit  )

This is badam ka halwa I made a few days ago (no particular recipe, just looked at a few and devised my own from those)

This was really yummy, since my mom made it. Its fish curry!

Thanks everyone for appreciating my first post to this thread!

Elegance for the cinnamon rolls I used food networks Paula Deen and Alton Borwns recipes :woho:

Here are the links
Cinnamon Rolls Recipe : Paula Deen : Food Network
Overnight Cinnamon Rolls Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network

Dough:
I used Paula’s dough recipe as it was a lot more simpler. It was an easy one, I didnt have a thermometer so for scalding milk I just simply heated it over low flame for about 5 mins without letting it boil. Also, I try not to use butter so I used margarine instead and skipped the salt since margarine is salty. Everything else I followed exactly as it says!

Filling:
For the filling I did exactly the same as Paula’s recipe except I used brown sugar (as suggested by Alton’s recipe suggests). Again for the butter part I used half butter and half margarine this time. I used walnuts and almonds.

Glaze:
I used Alton’s recipe for that (no substitutions this time lol)

Let me know if you have any questions!
