Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
hi guys plz post here the recipe of chiken fajita plzzz
Mrs. Saieen - your karhi looks FAB even though I was reading in the other thread that you had to come up with some of your own substitutions!!! Great job!! ![]()
Your other dishes are amazing too - you actually posted some of my favorite foods in the world. lol. And who cares how they are arranged… they look delicious to me and that is what counts! ![]()
cut up chicken breast into long strips
start by frying minced garlic then chopped onion, bhoon it for a bit.
the original recipe asked for salsa but since I didnt have any, what I did was seperately fry tomato, ginger, garlic, and coriander..set it aside..and then added it to this.
fry the chicken for a few minutes, then leave on low heat covered…after 5-6 minutes, (when teh chicken should be cooked), you should see alot of water.
Dry it out (by turning the heat on high for several minutes). Add a couple of spoonfuls of cream cheese and some shredded cheese and stir..it should become quite creamy. This was a recipe for cheesy chicken quesedillas, where u spread this mixture between tortillas and bake it for several minutes…kind of like a paratha..but I ate this wtih rice instead…
Thanks hun! it didnt’ taste that bad..but the texture was a bit off…i really want to try making it again some time this week, but maybe its too soon ![]()
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

So this is the first time posting a pic on here!! But I am excited about it. I made Mamaof3’s Tandoori Chicken and the recipe is amazing. The chicken tasted so good!
I also made some tandoori veggies (bell peppers and onions) to go along with.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
It's eggplant parmesan.
Really easy - no brainer recipe.
Cut a full-size eggplant into 1/4 inch slices. Dip them in beaten egg --> dip that in breadcrumbs --> fry
Layer fried eggplant slices with tomato sauce and mozarella cheese. You can sprinkle with parmesan crumbs.
--> bake in the oven at 300 for like 15 minutes.
Jias, can you post a recipe?
Sure, I will. What recipe you want?
You made that? Omg you do know how to cook…why do you lie in Life1 and pos pics in Life6:ASA:???

Recipe of Fried Rice,
I just boiled the rice with some salt and lemon juice set aside, use veges like carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, peas and some times I use broccoli too. Cut veges is same size and style. Cut chicken as u cut the veges e.g if u cut julienne cutting of veges do same with the chicken, and if u cut chicken in cubes then vice versa. Sliced green onion and keep aside.
In a pan take oil make scramble eggs with salt, pepper and soya sauce then in another pan put oil in pan, then add chicken, fry till light brown and glossy, add salt, white pepper, black pepper, white vineger, soya sauce and chilli sauce, then take out and set aside. In same pan add more oil fry veges with same spices and cook on low flame so veges are not raw and not fully cooked when water from veges dried up then add chicken in it mix well, then add rice in it mix n fry them add some salt and pepper upto your taste, put eggs and green onion on top and cover lid for 1 minute.
The rice are ready to serve.
For shrimps I use kraft barbq sauce and just fry them and decorate rice with these shrimps. Enjoy.
