I think I had yogurt with it . It was my first attempt . Hopefully I'll get better with time . :)
Practice makes perfect & cooking needs interest & this thread proves you are more interested than the ladies here :)
Quick raita can be yogurt, salt, pepper, & cumin powder or even chaat masala.

here’s the recipe i followed to make the bhindi.
only difference…i used frozen okra instead of fresh and i didn’t have anardana powder, so i used a little bit of amchur powder.

I learned that you should have bhindi dry before cooking it so it does not stick together!!!
