ur turkey looks yumilicous

I think Nargisi Koftay are something else. hanie made the normal koftas I think. Many people like to eat boiled eggs with koftas, it's a usual combination no matter we put eggs in the bowl or not :)

lol, rest of your stuff looked great so i'm sure noone missed the salad!

thanks, it was and you know it was my very first try, i don't really like turkey, too bland, so i kinda made it desi style :)

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Tagliatella pasta with chicken alfredo sauce (+ mushrooms&sweetcorn)

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

^ that looks really good, i love pasta

referring to the turkey? heres the recipe i followed

www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/perfect-roast-turkey-recipe4/index.html

to add a little spicy/desi touch i added 1 tsp of fresh ground garam masala and 2 tsp of paprika powder, i was afraid it might spoil the overall flavour, but it worked. turkey is a very bland meat, so needs extra seasoning.

looks yummyyyyy

mmmmm
