I think Nargisi Koftay are something else. hanie made the normal koftas I think. Many people like to eat boiled eggs with koftas, it's a usual combination no matter we put eggs in the bowl or not :)

thanks, it was and you know it was my very first try, i don't really like turkey, too bland, so i kinda made it desi style :)

referring to the turkey? heres the recipe i followed

to add a little spicy/desi touch i added 1 tsp of fresh ground garam masala and 2 tsp of paprika powder, i was afraid it might spoil the overall flavour, but it worked. turkey is a very bland meat, so needs extra seasoning.
