And some questions - how do u get the shrimp and salmon to cook together? I would assume the shrimp would cook faster. Or do u keep the salmon slightly raw at the center?

Well, salmon is cooked first and then the salmon is topped with shrimp topping and placed under oven broiler until the desired color is achieved.This Process is also known as stage cooking.
