Chowmien
Marinate chicken cubes with salt, tikka masala, soy sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, sugar, black pepper for 15 minutes. Fry crushed garlic clove first then add in the chicken, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onion squares and stir fry them on high heat. Don’t over cook. Veggies should be crunchy. Add in boiled noodles, stir fry. Check the seasoning, add more soy sauce if you need. Parsley and chili sauce/hot sauce is optional.
