And uetkian, thanks for the mash ki daal recipe. It was the first time I tried it and even my dad (who was visiting) loved it!! And trust me he knows good daal! Waise funny thing is that this picture was taken by my hubby. I had set the table and he was like “don’t you have to take a picture for Gupshup?” Then he took one himself.

Wow…I love the maash/urid ki daal especially with tarka…
