Not to mention that you have to stand next to the firni and continuously stir it until it reaches the needed consistency without sticking to the bottom

It is the same for kheer no? I absolutely hate not being able to move from the stove when making kheer

We make kheer with broken rice grains (not liquified, but ground). And it’s still danedaar.

Interesting, then how do you guys make firni??
Firni is more grounded rice grains…you can’t see any single grains
