here is my attempt at degi qorma..

I used 4 tbspn butter and 1 glass of water before dumm but I didnt get enough gravy or that oil on the sides

4 tb was the lower-end amount; i try and limit the amount of ghee when i make this for just the two of us. when there’s company, i usually let it go to 6 tb as stated in the recipe.

really? i actually had to up the heat to thicken the consistency of my saalan with one glass (250 ml) water added. maybe your dumm waala flame was high? how much chicken did you use?
