Where did you buy it from? I am in the US and checked at various stores but couldnt find it

The whole foods guy sold me “dover sole” implying it didnt have the muddy taste or anything to it and I tried your recipe but my fillets fell apart

Is there any other fish I can try for this recipe? something that doesnt have an earthy/muddy taste to it?

oh …im from pakistan and the fish was a gft from a neighbour family here in lahore,but it can be purchased on order from whole sale supplier in pakistan…n sorry i hvnt much knowledge abt fish kinds.
