Where did you buy it from? I am in the US and checked at various stores but couldnt find it 
The whole foods guy sold me “dover sole” implying it didnt have the muddy taste or anything to it and I tried your recipe but my fillets fell apart
Is there any other fish I can try for this recipe? something that doesnt have an earthy/muddy taste to it?
